I did my research before placing an order with broker4cars. I ordered the new ford focus Titanium and saved over 5,000 off the list price! Alot of people say if it sounds too good to be true, especially on the internet it probably is, however after researching the company thoughly and speaking to Dan Foye who was my main contact, I was put at ease. It's still a little worrying when you have to pay in advance, however three days later my car arrived. Dan kept me up to date throughout the process and it took just over four weeks from placing the order to driving my brand new car. The managing director Andrew also made contact which reassured me. All in all an Excellent service, will definitely use them again for my next car purchase. The car dealers can not get anywhere near the discount I received.
Starting with the price - 5000 under list - and finishing with delivery on a wagon with 12 miles on the clock the experience was good.The only negative was the time from order to delivery was 4 months - almost twice the time quoted when I ordered.I realise this isn't under the control of the broker and it did include Christmas and New Year but it was frustrating.Communication was pretty good with a combination of emails and phone calls.This is my first experience of depositing a large amount of money into someone's bank account and expecting a good outcome but I did get a warm feeling when I entered the chassis number sent on the invoice in a Ford website and found it linked to a car that looked like mine.
Having used a broker before for a pre-reg, I returned to the same one for a replacement vehicle. They offered quite a good deal, but not as good as Broker4Cars. Very responsive to my questions and queries, answering emails and phone calls quickly and with the information I needed.Broker4cars quotes 10-12 weeks delivery when we ordered and they delivered the car to my home, on a trailer with just 13 delivery miles on the clock within the promised timescale. The vehicle was exactly as specified and the best part we saved almost 5,000 from list price. I would highly recommend Broker4Cars.
I have dealt with these a couple of times and I find the prices great but there service sloppy. There are other brokers out there that have far better customer service. You can never get through to them, there lead times are someone what hit and miss. You will get your car just dont expect it quick.

In trepidation I did a google search and contacted 3 brokers. The deals offered were very good and all undercut the deal I was offered by Fords. I went with Broker4cars, as they were the cheapest and responded to my email very quickly.In my dealings with them I have been very pleased, right from initial query to the delivery of my brand new Fiesta.I would recommend them to you. I saved over 1600 from the other dealers I went to.
