Good local pub with a fine selection of beers. Average food at a reasonable price. Was a 5 star in my opinion but not quite as good recently. Still a good pub, but no longer the stand out choice it Ripley,

Good beer always a choice of real ales and ciders,plus the usual John Smiths/knobwash,entertainment at weekends seems to be popular,if it stayed open to match Spoons then i wouldnt leave
