Great place
Someone's already said it but it needs repeating; this place is a hidden gem! One turn off a main road it couldn't be easier to get to. The staff are brilliant, really friendly encouraging and knowledgeable! Highly recommended if you want a friendly family-run gym! I've worked in public leisure and private health clubs before and I'd happily go to this place over anywhere else! :)

A real find, hidden away at the Denby institute you'd never know it was there, 3 rooms of state of the art equipment, relaxed atmosphere and industry accredited trainers means this is a go to place for recreational training as well as home to some serious athletes, highly recommended
