Good.tidy clean shop and nice staff
The post office staff is very friendly and service level
Rude staff, no please or thank you, asked for a receipt and was told there was a problem with the till, so I asked for a written receipt. I was then told by a different member of staff " if you used the correct entry to the cafe you would have seen a sign stating you cannot get a receipt". I did use the correct entrance and there was No sign. The member of staff called me a liar. Obnoxious and untrained people should not be representing a company with a great reputation.
Big car park. Good location. Large premises with wide isles. Post Office, toilets, caf and cash machine. Wide selection of food and drink. Competitively priced and usually some attractive reductions. Now has attached clothes shop - Dorothy Perkins. Friendly staff. Recommended.
This has to be one of the best cooperative stores that I have visited. Worth being a member or extra discounts which are clearly displayed on shelf edges.Polite friendly staff a great bonus !
